For those who cant do without dramatic eyes, heres the layered liner look

Going pop-coloured on your eyes was a very summery thing. But for those of you who cant do without the drama this fall, heres whats in the layered liner look. With so many hues setting its tones from the palette onto your regular eyeliners, get ready to queue them up on your eyes so you get a dash of colour. Here are some pointers weve asked the experts to rule out for you so you get those killer eyes just right:
A basic look would be to go simple with the first liner.Stick to a black eyeliner drawn thickly over the top lash line. Then add a pop colour for the second liner or a shimmery one to sprinkle that funk to this look.
Be precise when lining your eyes.Make up artist Clint Fernandes says,Make sure you dont smudge both the liners when youre trying this look.Go clean on the edges.Line your eyes with the first layer and then, neatly add the next one.Try not to smear both;keep it welldefined.
Colours like burgundy or plum, when tried alone on the eyes, can make you look pale. But lining these hues above a black base eye pencil will allow the colour to blend in perfectly, making you look stunning.
Make up artist Ojas Rajani says,Coloured liners are back in vogue from the retros, when Parveen Babi and Zeenat Aman used to don the green and midnight blue eyeliners. The idea is to dress according to the occasion. At night, try the shimmery liners.Club midnight blues with purples or try purple and black.
Dont go overboard by trying contrast colours.Clint advises you to stick to the same family of colours. Its not colour blocking were attempting here. Its best to blend a dark hue with a softer one to balance it out as the idea is to look stunning not scary. But then again,Ojas points out, while its best to keep it simple and not mix and match two neon together, maybe if youre off for a party, you could experiment with copper and gold, gold and silver, midnight blue and silver,as they give a perfect night look.
